HR Knowledge participates in the Partner Program at Stonehill College. This program is an active partnership between Stonehill and HR Knowledge designed to match the company’s workforce needs with the skills and abilities of students for both internship and employment opportunities. As a Stonehill Partner, HR Knowledge attends on-campus job fairs and assists students with resume writing and interviewing skills.

The Stonehill Partner Program matches leading employers with students who have gone above and beyond to distinguish themselves as top candidates. This initiative is a win-win for both employer and student. HR Knowledge counsels and meets with students who may be potential job candidates, and those students benefit from professional advice and direct feedback on resume and interview skills.

 

Human Resources Internship

Job Responsibilities:

HR Knowledge is seeking a motivated, detail oriented and enthusiastic intern to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly responsible and has the ability to maintain a strict code of confidentiality and discretion. Candidates must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated aptitude for working well with people, and the desire to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Duties will include, but not be limited to, administration of the day to day operations of the human resources functions including: data entry, answering client telephone calls, maintenance of electronic records and administrative support. The human resources intern may also contribute to special projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must be pursuing a degree in a field related to human resources (human resources, management, business administration or other related field)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Understanding of basic human resources concepts
  • High energy team player
