Don is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of professional experience working with early-stage growth companies to large Global 100 organizations. As CFO, Don has overall responsibility for the Company's finance function and works with our leadership team develop and execute it operational strategies and objectives.
Previously, Don was a partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP where his 28 year tenure encompassed a broad spectrum of roles and responsibilities. Don is expert in the areas of raising capital and entering new markets, having spent 11 years overseas in France, Greater China and Russia where he led the firm's service line focused on assisting companies with their cross-border capital raising efforts. While at Deloitte, Don was lead author of the firm's guidebooks entitled Raising Capital in the US and Growing Your Business Globally.
Don is a frequent speaker on various topics including raising capital, financial reporting (U.S. GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory developments, and is an adjunct faculty member at Suffolk University. He earned a BS in BA from Bryant University, Summa Cum Laude, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
