Dan Hughes-President of Operations and HR Services

In this role, Dan is responsible for leading and managing the Operations Team at HR Knowledge, Inc.  Dan continues to provide strong leadership in leading the operations team in providing exceptional Concierge-Level-Client-Service to our valued clients.

Before being one of the founders of HR Knowledge, Dan has been in sales and sales management for more than 20 years. Dan began his career with ADP New England where he spent 14 years in sales executive management positions. Following ADP, Dan worked with Lawson Software where he was a top performer selling Lawson’s Enterprise Solutions to America’s largest Retailers.  Dan's experience managing people for over 28 years has given him the knowledge and inspiration to lead our operations team.

Dan earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism and Marketing from Suffolk University.
