Jeffrey C. Garr - Chief Executive Officer

JeffGarr3Since founding AdminaService, Inc. in 2001, and subsequently partnering with HR Knowledge in 2003, Jeff has helped lead the HR Knowledge team both strategically and tactically. The company has continued to show strong growth while maintaining the existing client base through providing exceptional Concierge-Level-Client-Service.

Prior to founding HR Knowledge, Inc., Jeff spent over 20 years in the Sales/Sales Management/HR arena. Jeff’s sales and marketing experience included most recently starting a Fidelity Investments Company named, HR Logic, Inc. in 1998, an HR outsourcing company. This experience helped to give Jeff the inspiration to start AdminaService and ulitmately merge with HR Knowledge, Inc.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Northeastern University. He is an active member of the Mansfield, MA Rotary Club having served as President. Jeff is the president of Network 128, a widely sought after business to business networking group in Boston, MA.
