Ken Bettenhauser - President, Brokerage Services

Since co-founding HR Knowledge in 2001, Ken has led its Benefit Brokerage division. Ken works directly with our clients to analyze and make recommendations to reduce their largest corporate expenditures surrounding payroll and employee benefit costs.

Prior to co-founding HR Knowledge, Ken spent over 10 years in the Benefit, Payroll and HR Technology fields. Ken was the Director of Sales for ADP's Emerging Business Division in New England. He continued his outsourcing experience at ONEWORLD Software Solutions, a software development company. Ken served as an Application Sales Manager at Oracle Corporation.

Ken has led HR Knowledge's Education Division. This Division is dedicated to supporting Schools in the areas of Human Resources, Employee Benefits, Benefit Administration, Payroll and Retirement Plan Administration. These efforts allow the Schools to focus more time on the "Kids and the Curriculum" while ensuring the back office operations of the school is compliant and is offering the best employee benefits at the lowest costs possible.

Ken earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University.
