Boston, MA, June 17, 2013 – HR Knowledge, Inc., a rapidly growing provider of payroll, benefits brokerage and HR consulting services to clients throughout New England, announces that Melissa M. Gillespie, PHR, has been promoted to Director of HR Services.
Melissa will collaborate with Frank Zych, HR Knowledge’s Vice President of HR Services, to direct all aspects of the company’s comprehensive HR service offerings to help clients develop, implement and manage strategies for regulatory compliance, compensation and benefits, HR recruiting and training, and employee retention. Specifically, Frank and Melissa are working on expanding HR service offerings such as new training programs, enhanced recruiting and hiring assistance through the Hiring Process Management (HPM) service, a new FMLA administration partnership with TASC, and much more.
Melissa Gillespie has been advising and working with HR Knowledge’s clients since 2010 in all areas of HR management, including workplace best practices, organizational enhancement, workforce training, performance measurement and compliance. With over a decade of HR experience, Melissa brings to our clients a real-world perspective having held positions as a corporate HR manager and a consultant. Prior to HR Knowledge, Melissa was most recently an independent HR Consultant. She is a certified human resource professional and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Leadership from Northeastern University.
