Sexual Harassment Training Mandatory in California for 2015

By May 21, 2015 June 9th, 2015 No Comments

Any employer in California who employs 50 or more employees (including full-time, part-time and temporary workers, contractors or others to perform services) including those located outside California are required by the California harassment law (AB 1825 training) which requires all supervisors to take a mandatory two-hour program every two years to prevent sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Effective in 2015, covered employers must revise their programs to include prevention of “abusive conduct.”
